How To Maintain Freshness of  Beef  In display chillers.

It is a necessity to keep your beef fresh in display chillers ,to prevent losses due to spoilage. Keeping meat fresh in display chillers goes beyond just cold air;  its about control and smart presentation. Key points to consider: a)Temperature Control: this must be maintained between 0℃ and 4℃ to slow bacterial growth and preserve meat color.

b)Humidity Management: keep humidity around 85-90% to prevent meat surface fro drying.
